GIYUDOT started with sourdough and the frustration of watching starters go flat in a cold kitchen.
We're a team of home bakers who fell in love with the slow, rewarding process of sourdough. But we quickly learned that consistent fermentation isn't easy, especially without the right environment. Most proofing equipment was built for commercial bakeries too bulky, too expensive, and not designed for home kitchens.
So we built our own. A proofing box that folds flat for storage, heats evenly, and gives home bakers the precision control that sourdough demands.
