Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.

  • Items returned without the original packaging or included components.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@giyudot.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and photos or video of the problem. We will evaluate the situation and arrange a free replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email support@giyudot.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Review: Our support team will review your request and notify you of the approval (typically within 24 hours).

  3. Instructions: If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.

  4. Ship & Inspect: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to a product defect or shipping damage.

  • For returns based on non-defect reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@giyudot.com.

Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend following the standard return process above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The eligibility condition (unused, in original packaging) and refund process stated above still apply.
