Our bread proofing box is equipped with a smart temperature controller that allows you to set the temperature between 50-113°F. Please ensure that the set temperature is not lower than the current room temperature.

It features triple-side heating and five layers of fabric insulation. The included metal shelf also prevents the bottom from over-proofing, ensuring perfect fermentation even in cold weather.

The box measures 15.75 x 11.8 x 11.8 inches and has a foldable design. It's great for home kitchens and can also serve small bakeries.

It typically takes about 5-7 minutes to reach the set temperature. However, after reaching the desired temperature, it may take a little extra time for the internal space to fully stabilize and balance.

1: Please check if the connectors are properly plugged in, otherwise the display will show an E1 or EH error.

2: Make sure the set temperature is not below the current room temperature.
